These Terms of Service govern your use of cascadeev.co and your engagement with Cascade EV LLC ("Cascade EV," "we," "us") for light electric vehicle repair and service.

Services

Cascade EV provides mobile and shop-based repair, diagnostics, and maintenance for e-bikes, e-moto, scooters, and other light electric vehicles, serving Spokane County, WA and the Coeur d'Alene, ID area.

Communications consent

By submitting a contact form on cascadeev.co, calling us to request service, or otherwise providing your phone number, you consent to receive communications from Cascade EV LLC regarding your service inquiry — including by phone call and SMS text message. This may include appointment confirmations, repair status updates, and completion or invoice notices.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your service activity. To opt out of text messages, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at service@cascadeev.co.

Scheduling and service

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will make reasonable efforts to confirm, reschedule, or notify you of any changes via phone, text, or email.

Payment

Pricing for services will be communicated prior to or at the time of service. Payment terms will be discussed directly with the customer.

Limitation of liability

Cascade EV performs services using industry-standard practices and certified technicians. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, manufacturer defects, or issues arising from misuse of a vehicle following service, except as required by law.

Changes to these terms

Cascade EV LLC reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of this site or our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
